End of the year for school

Wow I need to play a little catch up.  Sorry it has taken me a little to get back but I have been very busy.  To start it was the end of the school year for all the kids and that alone is crazy to add to that was 2 districts, 2 different school, family coming in for a visit and a yard sale.

So My brother came into town with his cute wife and stayed for a week!  I was so excited to see them again since they live in New Zealand.  It has been over a year since I last saw them in person.  I love skyping with them but it is great to have had them here in person.  We will miss them as they headed home it was hard on us all but I sure love them and it was fun to be able to spend time with them.  We had a huge BBQ at our house when they were here so everyone could see them and say hi and be able to visit.  OF course my camera was on the fritz so I didn't get any pictures but as soon as I get some from them I will post them here.


So school ended for Dylan the same time that Gavin ended school, but that was because Gavin was only in kindergarten. It started with field day at the Dylan's school and I loved being able to go since I had to work during the awards ceremony that daddy was able to go to.  Field day was so much fun with kids that cannot hear and that are very little.  Well I was with the preschool class mostly since that is how old my son is but the older kids had fun too.

This was his field day in short.  He was very tired by the end. :)  Good thing that they have naps for these little kids.

Dylan was able to have the year end on his first 6 months of preschool and he loved every moment of school.  I have been told by a lot of different people that he was always happy and loved school.  What a sweet boy.

Dylan loved school but has been adjusting to not going. I guess he will really enjoy it starting in the fall huh?  So proud of him!
